Commercial launch in 4 weeks

We will guide you every step of the way to ensure a smooth and successful start. Once the agreement is signed, our primary focus will be on achieving the most critical milestone: starting sales.

It’s important to note that you don’t need a fully established fleet or complete operations to begin selling. Building a new business takes time, and the journey starts by creating awareness and spreading the word. In those first four weeks, we will work closely with you to set up the key elements needed for a strong launch, ensuring you’re ready to capture interest and generate momentum.

Our goal is to have you commercially operational within four weeks, including:

Dedicated webpage promoting your own location
Booking system activation.
Ready-to-use pricing and downloadable materials.
Sales & marketing training, templates and plan.

Knowledge transfer

We are committed to actively guiding and supporting you and your team, ensuring a seamless transfer of knowledge and expertise. Over the first 12 months, we will work together to implement all the essential components needed for the successful operation of your Agapi Boat Club. Our comprehensive support will cover:

Key Concepts: Membership types, Smart Boat Ownership, Boat categories, fleet financing models, and more.
Sales and Marketing: Strategies and tools to effectively reach and engage your target audience.
Club Management: Best practices for running a successful Club operation.

Flexible payment plan for Franchise start-up

To ease initial cash flow, we offer a differed payment option for the Start-up fee, allowing you to spread the cost over 12 months:

Start-up fee split into 30% upfront and 70% differed
You may choose to increase your Y1 franchise fee to start paying back the differed start-up fee.
At the end of Y1, we invoice what is left due of the differed payment.
As soon as the differed start-up fee is fully paid, the franchise fee goes down to the contract level.

Charter operations

If you’re already running charter operations or planning to start, we highly recommend using our IT platform to streamline fleet and booking management. The platform is available at no additional cost for charter services, and all charter sales are exempt from franchise fees.

Receiving & Charter

The annual 2,000 EUR fee gives you unlimited right-to-use our IT platform for your Charter operations.

Business Case

Even with modest assumptions, a typical Club with two boats can generate 60,000 – 100,000 EUR turnover in its first year, with positive net results and growing recurring income.

The examples provided below assume a start fleet of only two boats, and four members per Boat Category each year.

Example 1 focuses on Categories A and B (average price annual membership 8,500 EUR), example 2 on Categories B and C (average price annual membership 13,500 EUR). Both cases assume the highest cost scenario: a fleet internally financed and fully loading your Club’s finances.

Moving these boats outside the balance sheet – through Smart Boat Ownership, will improve your profitability, reduce your capital need, and generate boat sales.
