A Package gives you more flexibility and greater value per trip. The selected amount will be credited to your Agapi profile and every time you book a boat, the trip cost is deducted from your digital balance. You can buy new packages anytime.

Boat Category B

Agile and elegant boats up to 10 meters, ideal for relaxed day trips and coastal adventures.

Boat Category C

Spacious and versatile boats up to 12 meters, offering extra comfort, performance and flexibility.

Our larger and most exclusive boats, combining power, luxury and space.

Purchase of trips and Membership acceptance

By purchasing an Agapi OnDemand Package, you become a member of Agapi Boat Club and agree to be bound by our Membership Terms & Conditions and Club Rules.

Each OnDemand Package includes two boat trips with a certified Agapi Captain. As a member, you are entitled to redeem your trips within 12 months from the date of purchase.

Payment Terms: Full payment is required at the time of purchase. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.

Refund Policy: You may cancel your purchase within 14 days, provided no trip has been used and no onboarding activities have started. After 14 days, the purchase becomes non-refundable.

Additional Costs Fuel Consumption: Charged separately based on actual usage and invoiced after each trip. Safety Deposit: A refundable deposit per trip will be reserved to cover any damage caused by guests. Any unused portion will be automatically released within 72 after the trip is completed.

Booking Conditions Booking of trips: All bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure. Availability: All trips are subject to availability and must be booked via the Agapi App. Rescheduling and Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel your booking up to 48 hours before departure at no cost. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice or no-shows may result in the trip being forfeited. Weather & Operational Changes: Trips may be rescheduled or cancelled by Agapi due to extreme weather or operational reasons. In case of Force Majeure, reasonable rescheduling options will be offered.

General Terms & Conditions Captain & Safety Requirements: All trips are operated by licensed Agapi Captains. Passengers must follow all instructions. Agapi is not liable for incidents from negligence.

Activation: Once your purchase is confirmed you will receive a digital contract for signature. After signing, you get access to the Agapi App to book and manage trips.

Membership benefits are personal and non-transferable unless otherwise agreed. By purchasing, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms.
