Agapi update for our Mallorca members

Dear Agapi Boat Club member,

We hope this message finds you well. As we approach the end of the summer season 2024, we wanted to take a moment to share some exciting updates and important information regarding our fleet and operations in Mallorca.

Fleet Updates The Axopar 37 ST has proven to be our most popular boat this season, leading to high demand and limited availability during peak periods. However, we’re happy to announce that we have secured an additional Axopar 37 ST, set to arrive later in October, and we are also seeking another investor for another Axopar for the upcoming season. 

In July, we activated our new Alfastreet 28, and this month, we’re thrilled to welcome a Frauscher 1017 GT Air in Puerto Portals. For any onboarding inquiries regarding the new boats, please reach out to Josh or myself.

With these enhancements, we are confident in establishing a robust fleet for 2025, ensuring premium availability and even more exciting developments with both new boats and additional locations within Mallorca.

Key Reminders for Our Members:

1. Booking Requests: If the boat you wish to book is occupied, please utilize the “Booking request” feature in our App since only then can we know that you want a specific boat and a specific day. Remember that in most cases we can assist and find a solution for you. Most of our members have shown flexibility to, if need be, move their booking earlier or later, but this is only possible if we get the Booking request notification.
   
2. Premium Charter Service for 2025: As communicated in our previous newsletter, we’re excited to introduce a premium Charter service. This initiative aims at optimizing resource usage and enhance profitability for the benefit of all members. Charter will only serve as a teaser for our Club concept with its culture, boats and services and we do not have the ambition to compete with other Charter companies. Our members will always have first priority. Additionally, for every successful referral to the charter service, both the referring member and the guest will receive a discount!
   
3. Office Update: Our main office operations has partially moved to Palma, as part of our restructuring due to current market conditions. Starting this month, I will be working half-time from our office in Calanova, alongside some of our dedicated team members:

As of October 1st, Kristian Sandberg is transitioning to support Agapi from Slovakia, and we would like to really thank him for being able to support our growth and operation in a great way during the last two years.

Our Operations team will continue as before with Joshua working closely with Martin Gutenberger and Jose Lopez as local Fleet Managers. Our 12h active Fleet Manager mobile will continue to answer your requests  +34 616 538 234.
