Jersey’s southerly location and position means the Island is more sheltered than other Channel Islands. As a result, the Island enjoys a temperate climate and is often known to be the sunniest in the British Isles. The summer months are generally warm, average daily temperatures reaching 20 to 22°C.  During settled spells temperatures may reach 30°C, with mild sea temperatures from July to October.
